Great compact flat full of character in a great location. On the road where Roman Holiday was set and filmed and within a few minutes of the Spanish Steps and a Metro station. Many great cafs, restaurants and ice cream parlours to choose from nearby. Comfortable flat on many levels with antique decor but plenty of space and storage. Good communication prior to the visit and on the way there. Helpful list of shops and restaurants left, nice touch. 3 new AC units delivered on the first day without being requested.

We were extremely disappointed when we entered as it was so small and certainly good photography was in play to make it appear larger. Power plugs in bathroom dangerous and the place had a damp smell lots of diffusers around. Toilet seat needs replacing or adjusting. Crockery!!!!! say no more mismatched and poor. It really dampened our first visit and arrival in rome. Would be OK for one person

The heating of the apartment was great. The staff was very helpful. With only a few minutes walk you could reach the greatest attractions of Rome. Restaurants and coffee shops at a close distance.

We stayed in Margutta, in the center of Rome. When we got there, the owner (Ivana) welcomed us in the best possible mood, described Rome, where we would go for food, for walks, for shopping. He also helped us with the taxi, the day we were leaving, at 5 in the morning !!! The apartment is lovely, fully equipped. There was always hot water in the shower. In the best location of Rome and at a very good affordable price! The next time we visit Rome, we will definitely stay there again!

The location is perfect for staying Rome, close to the Spanish steps and Piazza del Popolo, Spagna metro station. Many bakeries, shops and pizzerias around. The host is very friendly and kind, she gave us recommendations for places to visit in Rome, how to get around and left some great coffee. The apartment was clean and cozy.

The location was very good, very close to Spanish Plaza. Ivana, the host, waited us to accommodate us in the apartment and she is very nice. The apartment is very cozy and clean.
